Once you have contacted us above and confirmed your booking you can send  payment
through Pay Pal or Credit Card using the Pay Now button below.

To complete a reservation, send a 50% deposit, and the balance of 50% is due on arrival.

Please enter your  group, name, date Where it says "Group" below.

          e.g. "Smith party, John & Cathy white, Carnival Glory 03/22"
          or    "Ron Butterworth, Infinity Bay 4 people 04/13"

Once inside paypal where it says "Enter Description" Enter what you are doing.
e.g. "Smith deposit for 5 adults 12/03/11"

Where it says "Item Price" enter the amount your are sending e.g. $500
Then click on "update"

The Pay Now Button will take you to Pay Pal where you can complete the rest of the transaction. Thanks  ..

Reservations & Cancellations

What if I have to cancel on one of your scheduled Charters?

Your deposit is fully refundable (less banking fees) if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the start of your cruise.
You will be refunded 50% of your deposit if you cancel your reservation 3 days prior to the start of your cruise.

If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days prior to the start of your cruise, your deposit is non-refundable.

You will receive a full refund (less banking fees) if your cruise ship does not stop in Roatan for any reason, or if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation.

What if it rains or for some reason the charter can't go?

Our rainy season here on the island is usually October through January. During this time or other times of inclement weather, we may need to change itinerary to allow your group a fun and safe charter. We would only cancel the charter entirely if the weather is such that your group will not be comfortable on board or if the safety of anyone will be in jeopardy. In that case, we will refund your deposit 100% (less banking fees).

If it is rainy but the weather is still conducive to a fun and safe charter we will refund 50% (per person) if you or any of the guests decide not to go. This is to help us cover the food, transportation and other costs

Do you give discounts for children?

Children under 12 are half price.
Children under 6 are free.

Disclaimer: 

Although every effort is made to ensure your complete safety while on or around the catamaran, Radical Adventures, its owners, and staff do not assume responsibility for any claims, or any expenses of any nature arising from loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, upset, stress, injury, accident or death that occurs during tours or during any other activities. Participation in activities is at your own risk.

Medical Information: 

Guests with medical problems or dietary restrictions should make them known in writing to the Radical Adventures. Staff will reserve the right to deny a guest’s participation in any activities, at their discretion.
  
Cruise Ship Guests:

Even though all excursions are tailored to match your cruise ships itinerary it is your responsibility to monitor the time and make sure you are back on board in time. Radical Adventures, its owners and staff do not assume responsibility if you miss your ship.

Drug Possessions/unlawful Acts:

The use or possession of any illegal drugs (including marijuana), controlled substances or firearms and all other contraband will result in immediate termination of the charter without reimbursement.

Authority:

It is agreed that the Charterer may determine the general movements, program, and destination of the yacht, but it is understood that the Captain is in full command at all times and the Charterer shall abide by the Captains judgment as to sailing, recreation, weather, anchorage, and all the other matters that may affect the safety and well being of the passengers, crew and yacht.

Charterer's Responsibility:

The Charterer agrees to be responsible for and to replace or make good any injury to the yacht, her furnishings, or equipment, caused by himself or any of his party through carelessness or neglect, and to satisfy any indebtedness that may have been incurred for account of or by order of the charter party, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Accidents/unforeseen Circumstances:

Should the yacht, during the period of this charter, be lost, stranded, or disabled by an accident, breakdown or other unforeseen circumstance, or unable to perform this charter because of fire, perils of the sea, or other unavoidable accident rendering her unfit for use or purpose of the charter, not brought about by an act or fault of the Charterer, the charter shall cease from the time thereof and neither the parties shall then be liable for the loss, damage, expense or inconvenience resulting.

Should the yacht suffer a mechanical breakdown during the charter period, which cannot be repaired  the Charterer may cancel the remainder of the unused portion of the charter and receive a full refund on a pro-rata basis.
